Design Collaboration
We get involved early — often before the details are resolved — to help work through how the design actually gets built. Our job at this stage is to understand the design intent and ask the questions that prevent problems later.
Connection points. Tolerances. Crane pick. Sequencing. We work directly with architects, engineers, and contractors. The more integrated we are in the design process, the less risk.
3D Modeling & Shop Drawings
We model heavy timber, glulam, mass timber, structural steel, and every connection between them. Not as a visualization exercise, but as a working coordination tool that catches conflicts before they become field problems.
Our models go straight to fabrication. CNC cutting files, embed templates, connection details — all produced from the same coordinated, shared model.
Fabrication Partners
Our network of specialized fabrication partners across North America means we can match every project with the right shop for that specific scope — heavy timber expertise, precision steel work, complex hybrid assemblies, or remote delivery logistics.

Prefabrication & Delivery
Building in a controlled shop environment produces better components than building in the field. Tighter tolerances. Better quality control. No weather delays. We coordinate closely with our fabrication partners to ensure test-fit protocols and quality checks happen before anything ships.
Components arrive complete: timber and steel assemblies, connection hardware, embed templates for concrete, CNC-cut components. Everything a crew needs to install, in the sequence they need it.

Installation & Field Services
We stay involved through installation to make sure everything goes together right. Our crew has the field experience to handle complex installations. Difficult access. Crane coordination. Trade sequencing. We’ve worked remote mountain sites, tight urban cores, and everything in between.
